Terry is a gem! He will always have your best interest in mind. I was a first time home buyer with a time crunch. He understood my circumstances and made sure that he listened to all the things I wanted in a home. When it came to homes that weren’t a good fit he was upfront about his concerns and explained why certain homes weren’t a good fit. He kept me up to date and worked with me to facilitate my different appointments for measurements in the home. He is full service Realtor from beginning to end and even offers to help you if you need it after. Don’t pass him up!

Terry is a wonderful realtor! He helped me find my home while I was living out of state and took the time to FaceTime homes as they came on the market as well as weekend tours in-person. When we started looking for a home we were concerned about what kind of agent we would be working with. But when we met Terry it was very clear from the begining that we had hit the jack pot. We both have very busy schedules, but Terry made it work, even meeting us at his office well into the evening or scheduling a showing with us on a saturday morning. Terry was always on time, and always replied to any messages (text, call or email) quickly. When we went to showings he allowed us to form our own opinions and was honest when we asked for his. When we had trouble with our closing Terry fought for us and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Buying a house (especially your first) is really stressful and scary but he made the whole experience better than we ever thought it would be.
